Area Sales Manager
In this position, you will be responsible for successfully establishing and expanding the business in your region, together with your sales team. Your role:
- Leading the sales teams of your region
- Acting as the Key Account Manager for Switzerland & Austria and support the German Sales Manager and Key Account Manager
- Implementing the ambitious sales strategy for the DACH and Nordic regions
- Ensuring strict and intensive market development
- Creating, implementing and achieving annual business plans, budgets and goals
- Expanding collaboration with strategic partners, key accounts and clients
We are looking for a dynamic, field-focussed sales expert with a professional presence and the following background:
- Several years' successful sales and management experience in the DACH region, preferably in the field of sports
- Profound business knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Be a highly flexible team player and leader
- Fluency in German, English and preferably French
- Willingness to travel often
- Working/base location in one main market of the area (Germany, Austria, possibly Switzerland)
